General Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST are usually shipped same day, however, in-stock orders will ship within 24 hours, or the next business day. If you order after 3:00 p.m. CST and need your order to ship same day, please contact us at 205-621-8841 and talk with Sales.
Packages marked as "Delivered" by FedEx are considered finalized. SuperMagnetMan is not responsible for the replacement of parts or refunds for lost or unclaimed packages once the shipment has been scanned through delivery.
Shipping for domestic orders received on our website will ship via FedEx. Customers who want to utilize their own accounts for shipping have the option of UPS or FedEx and should contact our shipping department at firstname.lastname@example.org, or 205-621-8841 to have this set up.
Yes! We do ship Internationally! All international packages are shipped using DHL Express with an estimated 3-5 business day transit time-frame. Total shipping rates will vary depending on package size, weight, and transit distance, and exclude country import duties/taxes/fees. All international customers are subject to these additional fees post-delivery depending on their country regulations.

Checking the Status of Your Order
We send automated shipping confirmations of each order once the order has been processed. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to use at https://www.ups.com for domestic orders, and at https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html for international orders.
