General Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST are usually shipped same day, however, in-stock orders will ship within 24, or the next business day. If you order after 3:00 p.m. CST and need your order to ship on the day that you order it, please contact us at 205-621-8841 and talk with sales.
Shipping for domestic orders received on our website will ship via UPS. Customers who want to utilize their own UPS and FedEx account numbers should contact our shipping department at email@example.com, or 205-621-8841. All UPS shipping options should be available to you through the order process.
Yes! We do ship Internationally! The cost will vary depending on location, and the shipping options we use are UPS. Rates are constantly being updated due to our negotiated rates with UPS. If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account as your shipping option, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get your order set up with your account number.
We now offer USPS Priority International for customers in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand for packages weighing 16oz or less. However, this method does not offer a guaranteed on-time delivery, so we are unable to offer a reimbursement or replacement for packages that are lost in shipment. This option is chosen assuming all risk.
Please note: All international customers are responsible for payment of customs charges including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
