General Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST are usually shipped same day, however, in-stock orders will ship within 24 hours, or the next business day.  If you order after 3:00 p.m. CST and need your order to ship same day, please contact us at 205-621-8841 and talk with Sales.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by FedEx are considered finalized. SuperMagnetMan is not responsible for the replacement of parts or refunds for lost or unclaimed packages once the shipment has been scanned through delivery. 

Domestic Shipping
Shipping for domestic orders received on our website will ship via FedEx. We offer three methods: FedEx Express 3-5 days, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Customers who want to utilize their own accounts for shipping have the option of UPS or FedEx and should contact our shipping department at shipping@supermagnetman.com, or 205-621-8841 to have this set up. 

International Shipping
Yes!  We do ship Internationally!  All international packages are shipped using DHL Express with an estimated 7-14 business day transit time-frame. Total shipping rates will vary depending on package size, weight, and transit distance, and exclude country import duties/taxes/fees. All international customers are subject to these additional fees post-delivery depending on their country regulations. 

Customers who want to utilize their own accounts for shipping have the option of DHL, UPS or FedEx and should contact our shipping department at shipping@supermagnetman.com, or 205-621-8841 to have this set up. 

Checking the Status of Your Order
We send automated shipping confirmations of each order once the order has been processed. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to use at https://www.ups.com for domestic orders, and at https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html for international orders. With questions or assistance with an order, please contact orders@supermagnetman.com 

 

Return Policy

If you encounter a problem with your order, or have questions and wish to return your parts, please contact us at 205-621-8841 or orders@supermagnetman.com to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be made within 60 days of delivery date. To ensure a return is processed quickly, an RMA number and a copy of the packing slip must be included with the shipment.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Product
Shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the parts are incorrect or damaged upon arrival. For shipping errors or damage, SuperMagnetMan will bear the cost to replace the parts and the return shipment for the incorrect or damaged product. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the parts are incorrect or damaged. Restocking Fee
Parts returned at the discretion of the customer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This policy applies only to orders received from our online store. 

Packaging Notes
If possible, please ensure that all products are in their original packaging to avoid damage during the return shipment. The customer will be responsible for shielding the magnets properly so that the box or envelope is not magnetic at the surface. If a paper clip sticks to any side of the package  more packing material (sheet metal, foam wrapping, peanuts, etc.) or a larger box will be required. If the parts are not properly protected, there is no guarantee the return will make it back to us in its original condition, and a refund will not be issued.

Refunds

If replacement parts are not needed, refunds will be issued for parts only once they are returned to our facility in the same condition they were shipped. This does not apply if the return is for incorrect or damaged parts.
