Return Authorization Numbers and Shipping Costs
If your order has been sent correctly but you wish to return the products, you can forward the parts back to our warehouse. All returns MUST have an RMA number listed on the shipping label. Any return without an RMA number cannot be processed for refund. Shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the shipper. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging to avoid damage. All returns should be sent to:

Shipping Errors or Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, SuperMagnetMan will make sure you get the correct product, and bear the cost of shipping to return the incorrect or damaged product. Return of magnets due to customer change of mind, or customers ordering the wrong parts initially will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This policy applies only to orders received via our online store. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the parts are incorrect or damaged. To ensure your return is processed quickly, please include a copy of your original packing slip.
When returning magnets, you are responsible for shielding the magnets so that the box or envelope is not magnetic at the surface. If a paper clip sticks to any side of the package you will need to use more packing material (sheet metal – foam wrapping – peanuts) or a larger box. If you do not properly shield the magnets, there is no guarantee your return will make it back to us.
