Hidden fees and charges.

Not impressed by the extra billing from FedEX . These charges should have been taken care of by the seller.

Thank you for your business. We apologize these charges came as a surpise for your international order. We never try to hide anything from our customers and are transparent throughout the entire ordering process. To be honest this has never been an issue for our customers in the past. We will evaluate our website and see if we can add something that lets customers know prior to placing their order. We do have this stated already in our shipping policies.

As a rule of thumb duties and taxes are levied by customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. We do not have control over these charges and the taxes applied.
